Join us for our annual inventory event. Help us take apart completes, pair trucks & wheels, clean & pair bearings, and grip boards. All equipment goes toward program participants building their own skateboards.
Volunteer 3-5pm- We collect donations from 8 skate shops in Utah. All of those donations come in various conditions. We get them ready for our participants to grab each component of the skateboard to build their own skateboard and the completion of the programs.
Skate/Eat 5-6pm- Comes skate and eat, just don’t do them at the same time. Come enjoy the indoor skatepark at All Together Skatepark.
Art Show 6-7pm- We’ve partnered with 4 local artists that have helped us in different ways. Our first artist is Mike Murdock. We collaborated with him to create our new t-shirt. Come join us as we release our new t-shirt and view some of Mike’s art.
Our second artist is Max Young. He’s provided his talent of taking photos during most of our programs and events. Learn more about Max @wmaxyoung
Our third artist is Michelle Gum. She is an artist with many talents between taking photos and creating digital masterpieces. She has created most of our designs for events and other projects as well as taken photos. Check out her project The Rose Club.
Our fourth artist is Mikey Muirhead. He is the man behind The Recycled Ring which brings new life to old skateboards. He repurposes used skateboards provided by donations we receive.
6 shops, 30 skaters, 1 queen bee, and $1000. Raffles, games, sweat, tears, maybe blood, never before seen obstacles, and surprises *you’re not gonna wanna miss…
Time Machine, BC Sandy, Directive, Crossroads, Milo, and Modern Monark will come together to battle it out. They will each have 5 skaters on their teams. Each team will compete head to head on unique skate features and participate in other shenanigans. The winner will take home a custom Grip 6 trophy to display in their shop. Come cheer on your local shop while benefiting an organization to help empower youth through skateboarding. This is an event that your not going to want to miss!
Pushing Ahead Our Inventory is an event where we get all the donated goods and prepare them for programs. We deconstruct all the different components of the skateboard. Once we’ve done that we pair wheels, trucks, and bearings. We get it all ready so each youth building their skateboard can grab each individual part and put it all together.
